I got the crystal as a gift and I received it about two weeks after. It arrived in perfect condition. I gave it to my son for his birthday and he loved it. I also purchased one for myself. Everything was just as described on their website, that's why I give them five stars

This is my first time to purchase on this product and I like it a lot. It gives me the feel of having a real 3d photo from an actual photo. The price is great, I think you can't get any better than that for your dollar.

So I just got the laser etching laser, which is made by 3D Crystal. The laser does a great job of cutting the crystal from my finger nail. It makes the photo look very different in a good way. The crystal is really beautiful when it's cut and looks like glass or something similar to that. I tried some pictures with this knife on them and they look real cool.
