I ordered a 3D logo for my product. I sent it to them and it came back with a quality job done in the time frame I needed it back. They did not charge me for shipping, even though they took longer to receive and another week or two was added to the return shipping time.

3D Crystal is an amazing website for people who would like their own photos in a beautifully well-done crystal. I love their products. It does all this work for you and then gives you access to the images! This way, it's only easier for you to find what you need instead of asking your friend or family member to do it from scratch.

Anyone who has browsed through the 3D Crystal website can see that they put a lot of time and effort into their customer service. They have a very helpful website, with product reviews, videos, and links to other products. I've also found 3D Crystal to be on top when it comes to customer service. I was able to purchase a crystal from them that was not listed on the website. Within an hour of contacting them,

I love this crystal. It's very unique, unusual, and beautiful. The crystal is 3D crystal with a 3D image that can be viewed in various ways--the surface of the crystal is decorated with a crystal design and it can be rotated to view the different images. I've had three different people order one for themselves and recently bought one for my mother-in-law who also collects crystals.

The only thing that I can say is amazing about my experience with "3DCrystal" is the customer service. I have a few 3D Prints on my computer and when they got damaged in shipping, I contacted them and they responded within 1 hour of me letting them know. They were able to send me another one same day. The quality of my 3D Print was so good that I just had to take a picture.
