I tried 3DCrystal a year ago, and was really impressed by the product and the customer support. I've been using for about a month now and I'm extremely happy with it. Actually, I just got an email from another customer saying that she has been using 3DCrystal for over 6 months without any problems. It's very reliable.

I love the product, which I had to put together myself, however the company includes a set of instructions that are very clear and easy to follow. Overall I am very happy with the product and will definately be ordering again. The only downside is that I have not been able to retrieve my money back so far as it was paid in full at checkout.
