I got Item in the first week of October, is so fast and I can find it at any other place then 3dcrystal.com. Item is great for anyone who wants a sculpture or a picture with laser etched 3D crystal, like me.This product has a starting price of only $69 which is very cheap compared to an alternative product.

The packaging of the 3D crystal I received could have been better, as it arrived with some minor scratches.

I have worked with 3D Crystal for over a year, and I can truly say the customer service they provided me was the best. They have been very helpful in providing us with quality products that we need each day. So far they are one of only few websites that I would recommend to anyone looking for their own crystal.

I've been using 3DCrystal for a long time. I have ordered crystals before and never had any problems with them, but lately they started to go out of stock. I was very happy with the service, however, that they would come back and replace them when they ran out. Recently though (two weeks after my first order) I tried ordering again and it still came with an "out of stock" message instead of one.

I ordered a 3D crystal and was overall satisfied with the product. The delivery service, however, was disappointing.
