The customer service is great at 3D Crystal and the it is really helpful. Once I was able to find the perfect crystal and they gave me some tips on how to purchase them online. The customer service took a very long time, but I wished the email could have been sent sooner since I went back a few days later to purchase more crystals because of the help he provided me.
