While the shipping process with 3dcrystal.com was generally smooth, there was a slight delay in the delivery of my order.

The website of 3dcrystal.com is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. It's a hassle trying to find specific products or complete a purchase.

I was looking for a unique gift for my boss's retirement, and the 3D crystal from 3DCrystal.com was just perfect. The engraving is so precise and detailed, and the crystal itself is stunning. My boss was thrilled with the gift and it will be a treasured keepsake for years to come.

I have never been more satisfied with an online purchase than I am with the 3Dcrystal. I ordered a variety of crystals for a few different people and as soon as they arrived, I was immediately impressed by their quality. We are very satisfied and will certainly order more crystals from them in the future.

The engraving on the crystal from 3dcrystal.com lacked the desired depth and clarity, evoking a sense of sadness as the image seemed lost within the crystal.

The lack of response from the customer service team at 3dcrystal.com left me feeling dejected and added to my sense of disappointment, as my concerns were left unanswered.

I've been using 3D Crystal for a couple of years and I love it! I really like that you can get prints in any size you want. My favorite feature is that the laser etching starts at zero, so when your printing the crystal's will be perfectly square and exactly where you want them to be. They also have great customer service so if you need help they're always available to help! I highly recommend 3D Crystal!

The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a slightly distorted engraving, which affected the overall readability and visual impact of the design. It looked imperfect and compromised the intended message or image.
