I've done two projects with 3D Crystal so far and they were both a success. Their website is really easy to use, the products are of high quality, customer service is quick and responsive, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs photos etched into crystal!

I have purchased crystals from other brand and the ordering process was a nightmare. I ordered 2 types of crystals from 3d crystal and it took forever to get in my hands. The crystals needed help with before they arrived, so I sent them back and got my money back. A couple of weeks later they called me back and told me that the shipping cost was too high... it takes so long for things to be shipped because of customs,
