I have been purchasing my 3D Crystals from this company for the past 2 years. The quality of the crystals is always excellent. They are packaged so that they do not break while in transit and they ship within days. I have received literally hundreds of crystals from these guys - I would say a huge majority of them are gifts to family and friends. Most of them have never been opened but still look brand new every time you receive them
