The light for the frame had some issue due to which the battery is getting drained quickly. Other than that awesome product.

I was looking for a "Gigantic" type of product that's not available in the stores. The 3D Crystal was perfect for me. I had to keep changing the dimension and internal size of the crystal as my needs changed from time to time. They are very fast shipping and responsive whenever I have a problem with it.

I have been with Crystal for a few months now. Their customer service is excellent. They are very responsive and go out of their way to make sure that all my needs are met. I love the variety of crystals that they have to select from. It's just a wonderful experience having one place where you can choose from so many sizes and shapes. My only complaint would be that I wish more people would use this product because it.

The 3D crystal I received from this website exceeded my expectations. The engraving beautifully depicted a special moment from my wedding day, and the crystal's optical properties made the image come alive. It's a cherished memento that brings back fond memories.
