I'm amazed by the quality of this 3d Crystal and the packaging is good. I have seen no scratches or cracks and the product team has been great every time. They've always responded to my emails in a timely manner, also. The price is also about average for this type of product, so that's a plus too!

I've been using 3DCrystal for a few months and I can say it is the most useful file picker I've ever seen. For those of you who don't know what a picker is, it's basically a it that allows the user to manipulate files in the Finder more easily than usual...I mean, imagine you have millions of photos on your hard drive and you need to filter out just your favorite ones?

I had been using other companies like "3d.crystal" for a couple of years, but found that the quality of their images was not that good. 3D crystals olved all my problems by high-quality images with a variety of styles.

I ordered a custom crystal for my mom for Christmas and I must say, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They took their time to customize the order to my mother's specifications and it was such a meaningful gift. They also included free shipping and a hand-written note from the owner. The website is definitely eye catching as well.

The 3D Crystal is the best laser cut crystal I've ever had. The laser cutter is very fast and accurate, and the files are very easy to alter with free it. In addition, they have a great customer service department who immediately responds to any questions or concerns that you may have. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them!

I've been shopping at 3dcrystal for years. Their product is excellent and they're very responsive. The only problem I ever ran into was a quality control issue with one of items. They made it right for me and I've since never had an issue with them. Really good people!
