I have worked with the 3D Crystal team for about a year now and I must say, I'm impressed. They have amazing customer service and help me with everything. Not only that, they are both really creative with their ideas. It's clear from their different crystals to select from, as well as the attention to detail that they put into getting things just right. I'd recommend them for sure :)

The lack of clear communication about production and shipping timelines on 3dcrystal.com caused unnecessary delays and frustrations. It created uncertainty and left me feeling disappointed.

I'm going to be honest here. I have been a customer of Inkwell for many years and used the company's services with great products and excellent service. They have always been durable, great quality product and they've always delivered timely! Recently, after I had ordered from them several times in the past few months, I was emailed by an executive that told me Inkwell was no longer avaliable.
