The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unhelpful and provided generic responses that didn't address my specific concerns. It left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with their level of support.

I love your product. I wish I had discovered it some time ago. I have been using it for several months now, and I must say that it has been amazing for me to see photos come to life in the way you describe them (to my mind, anyway).

I have been using 3Dcrystal for about 4 months and I am very satisfied with my experience. It is easy to use and install, so if you want to buy crystals, it's a good choice. The improvements on it are needed though. it should speed up the process of purchasing crystals, but once a selection has been made and more crystals added.
