I've been working with them for several months now. They are very talented and their support is excellent. It took me a while to find a site that had the best pricing and delivery schedule. I ordered several crystals on their site and they were all of good quality and fair price. Also, they provide amazing customer service!

My crystal pages are always done in less than 24 hours. I feel like it's completely automated. If there is any question, whether it's how to create a custom or how to do a face as intricate as mine, I get an instant response and that's just amazing. I can see why people have been using 3DCrystal for so long!

The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a poor-quality base that did not provide adequate stability. It wobbled and didn't sit firmly on a flat surface, making it difficult to display the crystal as intended.

I found the shipping charges at 3dcrystal.com to be unreasonably high for the distance and speed of delivery provided.

I want to say a big thank you to Andy, the owner of 3DCrystal. He helped me with my first 3d-printing project and gave me the confidence to do it myself. I'm grateful for all his hard work, I can honestly say that without him and his team there would've been no progress in my design career. Thank you guys.
