I've been ordering from 3D Crystal since 2013 and I've never had a problem. My Zodiac crystal has never looked better, the customer service is excellent, the customer care is excellent and I'm always informed of anything specials they have. The website is also very informative, with crystal descriptions and videos of the crystals in multiple languages. This all combined makes it a great website to order from!

I just wanted to keep this review short and sweet, I had to stop working with 3D Crystal for a couple of weeks. My problem was that there was no it detail on the product when I ordered, so I had to tell them about it. They responded that day and told me they would contact me within 48 hours. In the end it wasn't 48 hours, but at least they got back to me!
