The dismissive tone and lack of empathy from the customer service at 3dcrystal.com left me with a heavy heart, making me question my decision to choose their services.

I first bought the product and had my 3D Crystal cut by Vincent on March 26, 2018. When I received the crystal, I was very happy to have a beautiful crystal that you can find at many different places on the internet. The quality of the crystal is great.

I recently ordered a crystal diamond crystal from 3DCrystal, and I must say that the quality was outstanding. I had been looking for this type of beauty for quite some time now, and finally decided to go with 3DCrystal because of their reputation. I couldn't be happy with my decision. product was absolutely wonderful & made sure to place my order with me.

I love It. I have bought many crystals and they are great quality. They guarantee items you buy and they can refund if item you ordered is not as described.

I love their product and the way that they package their products. I was also impressed by how much detail they went into to make sure that every little thing is right. They aren't just putting out some random picture with a crystal on for the sake of it. I like the depth of customization that comes with creating a crystal on 3D Crystal.

I had a great experience with It. They were very flexible in their pricing, and I was able to get my photo laser etched on it. The quality of the engraved photo came out really well and finished the product nicely. I hope to use them again!

My husband and I have been talking about a gift for our 1 year wedding anniversary for months, but we couldn't agree on anything. We both wanted something unique, symbolic, and different. 3D Crystal seemed like the perfect solution. The photo is of the two of us walking on the beach holding hands with my daughter toddling in between us. It is so special to everyone.

I'm so thrilled with my photo of myself as a crystal! The photo looks like it was taken right out of the magazine - better than I could have imagined. My husband proposed to me with a picture he had of us in 3D Crystal and it was beautiful. I would recommend this website to anyone who loves crystals or photography!

I really love their website especially the three-dimensional products. They have a great layout, and your eyes can take you there to get more information of what they offer with crystal. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in anything made of crystal. I am just getting started with making my own keychain and it has already been a fun experience.
