My husband and I recently lost our beloved cat and we wanted to find a way to honor his memory. The 3D crystal engraving of his image was the perfect way to do that. The lifelike details captured his personality and spirit and we feel like he is still with us every time we look at it.

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com were dismissive of my concerns and didn't take ownership of the mistakes made in the production of my order. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

I love 3D Crystal. 3D Crystal is the best place to get personalized pictures of yourself in a crystal - it's so much more personal than a regular frame! I've had mine for over a year and it's still as beautiful as the day I got it.
