I ordered a custom 3D dog figurine from 3D Crystal and it was such a personal gift! It was so heart-warming to see my dog in crystal that I can now keep with me forever. The ordering process is super easy, the image is printed beautifully on the glass, and the quality of product is better than other laser companies in the market

I have never had a problem with my orders. The crystal I ordered for my grandmother wasn't exactly what I wanted, but they were very accommodating and let me exchange for the perfect one. I've purchased from 3D Crystal before and they know what they're doing.

As usual, the customer service from Crystal company is top notch. Concerning the 3d crystal, I ordered a 3d crystal base and did not get it so I have returned it. The $20 re-stocking fee was very reasonable considering the time that they took to figure out what went wrong and fix it. Crystal company has a great customer service as well as their digital artwork.
