I ordered a variety of crystals for my friends coming to visit from out of town and I am so impressed with the customer service. There was a mix up with the order and I received an email asking what they could do to help me out. The customer service team was so helpful in working everything out, communicated well throughout the process, and even showed concern for my friends as well.

The personalized crystal arrived with a significant delay, missing the intended occasion. It was a disappointment to receive it well after the intended date.

I found 3D Crystal on Instagram, and I just loved the idea immediately. I ordered a pendant for my mom as an anniversary gift, and it turned out better than expected! My mom cried when she saw the finished product, so that says a lot.

I got my first stone from 3D Crystal and I received a wonderful crystal that I would highly recommend. The customer service is great, it's friendly and open to suggestions. I had the pleasure of ordering from them after recommendation by someone on social media who said he had been using them for a long time, so I decided to give them a try and so far I have not been let down with their services. They are amazing!

I ordered a 3D crystal photo for my girlfriend and her smile said it all. He liked it! I had one for my dad too and he was so shocked, he didn't know what to say. I can't wait to place another order for my mom. It's amazing that you can give someone such a unique gift in literally just a few clicks.
