The 3D crystal I ordered was good what I expected. The image was visible and pixelated, and the colors were good. But I was very disappointed with their customer support.

I ordered from 3D Crystal last month and am very happy with the service I received. I was able to make a purchase online, come into the store, pick out what i wanted and they took it right to the register for me. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly and willing to help me order more crystals than what i originally ordered.

3DCrystal is best 3D Crystal Laser Etching I have ever seen. The etching process is very fast, crystal clear and the print is perfect straight out of the 3d crystal. The price is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

As a customer and as someone who also feels that getting the right crystals are important, I wanted to write a testimonial. 3D Crystal's crystals election is wonderful and has everything you could ever need or want except for the occasional break in shipping (which can take up to a week). The product is very helpful, and I love that they offer so many different types of crystals.
