I give this 3D crystal a 3.9-star rating for its good product quality and detailed engraving. However, the customer service was disappointing. Additionally, the packaging was not up to the mark, and the shipping was delayed, which detracted from the overall experience.

This is by far the best quality of pen it I've ever seen in a portable device. It's not so big that it makes your hand look too big on paper, but rather small and compact enough to carry. If you are looking for a pocket sized pen it, then this is a great solution!

My wife and I ordered the 3Dcrystal and were more than pleased with the product! We ordered it two weeks ago and they were delivered on time. There was no damage, which is a common problem among other sellers. They even included a free cleaner! We will certainly place more orders in the future for this product.

When I started working at 3D Crystal, I was worried that the whole thing would blow up. People are constantly asking us to do custom 3D logos and we've been so busy that it's been very difficult to meet our quota. But with the support of my team and help from my friends I have managed to make a start to a big list of orders. Our profits are through the roof but at times it's hard work making.
