My wife and I were delighted with the quality of our wedding gift. items were 3D crystal, personally engraved and made with excellence. The delivery was quick and the client service was outstanding. We received a call from the owner after receiving our order to find out what we thought of item (3DCrystal also makes custom items for you) - we loved it!

I've been using 3DCrystal for the past 2 months and its been great. I had a lot of issues with other service providers who were charging 7-10% extra for the same kind of crystals. No it costs more but you get more bang for your buck. Its also available in multiple s at a very affordable price!

The product itself is of good quality, with a clear and beautiful engraving. However, I had a negative experience with the customer service, which left me feeling disappointed.
