I have been the customer support for 3DCrystal since August 2014, with the help of his staffs. I have bought crystal products from them selling and wholesaling through webshop and it is very easy to use and to get crystals(it's always cheaper than getting in stock)

I have been using 3D Crystal for about a year now. They have a wide selection of crystals to choose from and they always go above & beyond in customer service. Their website is always updated, their customer service is fantastic, you can see their attentiveness in every aspect of the company. They are one of the few companies that are running on a subscription basis.

3D Crystal has a great product, with very well presented customer ervice regarding product election and hipping. I learned a lot about crystals in the process of buying them! The website is really well thought out and easy to navigate. The customer ervice team is friendly and helpful when you're having a problem or need help. Once again, 3D Crystal provides a quality product at an affordable price.

The 3D crystal I ordered was not what I expected, and I must say that the delivery was not good. This experience left me feeling highly disappointed with my purchase, especially due to the bad delivery quality.

Christmas is tough for a man. But when you find something as perfect as the 3D Crystal you're still not going to feel let down, even if it's just a little bit short . I feel like Christmas is made for men or women who have learned to appreciate the finer things in life, like the 3D Crystal and their products.

My husband surprised me with the 3D photo of our dog in a heart-shaped box. I was blown away with this gift and it will forever be on display. What impressed me most was the exceptional product. They responded fast, answered all my questions about size and even sent a second photo for free when my first one arrived broken! I wouldn't hesitate to order.
