I ordered a 3D crystal for my wife for Valentine's Day and it was the best gift I've ever given her. The heart shape and engraving were perfect and the crystal itself was stunning. She keeps it on her desk at work and gets compliments on it all the time. Thank you 3dcrystal.com for helping me create a special and memorable gift!

The packaging of my crystal from 3dcrystal.com was subpar. It arrived in a flimsy box with inadequate padding, resulting in minor damages to the crystal. Proper packaging is crucial to ensure the safe delivery of delicate items like these.

The website of 3dcrystal.com did not have a clear indication of the actual size and dimensions of the crystals. The absence of accurate measurements made it challenging to visualize the product's scale and proportions.

I was hesitant to order a crystal ball from 3dcrystal.com for my husband's birthday, but their customer service team put me at ease. They were helpful in selecting the perfect size and shape, and the 3D engraving of our family photo was stunningly lifelike. The fair pricing and on-time delivery were just added bonuses to the amazing product and customer service.

I was skeptical at first about the 3D Crystal process, but I am blown away by the final result. The crystal is crystal clear and the 3D effect is simply breathtaking. I chose a photo of my late grandmother, and I feel like I can almost reach out and touch her. It's an incredibly emotional and meaningful keepsake.
