I had a terrible experience with 3D Crystal! Before placing my order I contacted their customer service and was assured my order would arrive in time for Mothers Day, if I paid for the “express shipping”. They told me the order would ship in 24 hours and when I placed the order it was noted “Guaranteed to arrive before Mothers Day”. They ended up shipping the order during after hours on the 2nd business day, so the package never had a chance to arrive on time. Once it finally arrived 2 days after Mothers Day, the shipping slip read “3-5 Day Shipping”, so 3D Crystal charged me for expedited shipping but didn’t pay the carrier for express shipping. I will never use them again as they proved to be untrustworthy by flat out lying about not only their ship time but also about their ship method. They have since refunded me the shipping cost but nothing more. Ruined my wife's first Mothers Day. A company that wants to retain customers and cares about their customers experience should do more/better.

Hi Ed, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. We take customer satisfaction seriously and strive to provide the best possible service. I understand that this was a special occasion and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. I’ve looked into this matter and our shipping team did shipped your 3D crystal with the fastest shipping option; 1 day FedEx Priority. However, your package was delayed due to incorrect address that was entered. Additionally, the “shipping slip’ that read 3-5 days is the packing slip. A packing slip is a document that included the complete list of items included in the package. Due to this inconvenience; we would like to make it up to you by offering you a discount on your next purchase. Please contact us directly when you place your next order. Thank you.

As I held the engraved crystal from 3dcrystal.com in my hands, a sense of sadness washed over me. The image was blurry, and the once cherished memory seemed lost within the crystal.
