My account was "lost". They asked me to provide an ID and phone number in order to attempt to retrieve it. However, I had already done that, so they couldn't even get the email address right. If you have any problem with 3D Crystal, they want nothing to do with you.

It's a very good product. There are many features of Itlication that I like and also there are some things that I do not like. 1. It would be nice if you could product the price of your product because sometimes it is almost impossible to upgrade when there is already a huge amount for upgrading it 2. Maybe you can add a timeline feature so that we

The 3D crystal I received was stunning, but the customer care services left much to be desired. It was a frustrating experience.

I have been using 3dcrytals for a little over a year and I love it...I can't imagine not having it. Not only does it help me with my frame design, but it also helps me with all my customer product. They are consistently creating wonderful designs at an affordable price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the best way to be creative in their own office!

I am using 3D Crystals.com for more than 1 year and I really like it. It's a trustworthy shop to buy custom made 3D crystals of different shape and sizes for my hobbies. The price is very cheap, it has many different styles, and shapes that I can choose from which makes me feel full happy with it.

I received my order and was very pleased with my photo laser etched in a crystal. I used the 3D Crystal to create a "creative" logo for an online radio station. The final product was excellent, and it looks great! At no point did I ever have any issues with the order or delivery process. Very satisfied with the item, and will definitely use 3D Crystal again in the future!

I love 3D Crystal. They've got amazing customer service and they have a great variety of crystals to select from. Their website also has a lot of attention to detail, which I really appreciate . The only downside is that their prices are a little high, but they offer discounts sometimes so that's not too bad!
