Oh my goodness. The customer service is amazing. I sent this product a review request and was able to get my entire album done in a matter of days. I had a problem with the laser device and they were more than hwebsitey to let me return it and be refunded, no questions asked. My only regret was not being able to get an actual picture etched, but 3D Crystal is great at sending us samples and they are beautiful

I have used 3D crystals for the past three years. I first was introduced to them by a friend that had purchased one for his brother, who is a professional photographer. He said it was just like a photo in your mind but so much more. After he passed away his family asked me to purchase one for him and I did. The quality of the product is amazing and it really does look like an actual photograph.
