The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a significantly different color tone compared to the sample images on the website. This inconsistency was disappointing, as I had expected the crystal to match the visuals provided during the ordering process.

The engraved design on the crystal was incomplete, with portions of the intended image missing or not properly etched.
