The lack of timely updates and notifications about the order status on 3dcrystal.com created unnecessary anxiety and frustration. It felt like being kept in the dark throughout the process.

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com lacked responsiveness and failed to address my inquiries about the warranty or guarantee for the product. It left me uncertain about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was on the fence with buying an item online and having it delivered, but I'm glad I went with my gut. 3DCrystal is worth every penny, and the product is great! They have a wide selection of items for purchase, and if you're not happy with your purchase, they will make it right. Plus, their delivery time is very fast.

3D Crystal is the best product I've used for my client's products. They look absolutely stunning on light stands and their prices suit any budget. It was so easy to use, just plug it in, click a button and it would produce a crystal within seconds! The speed of delivery is astonishing!

I love the it, like their ability to support customers instead of just commandeering services. I use their product and love it, but would completely recommend investing in additional add ons if you don't already have them.

I would have never imagined that ordering a crystal online could end up being such a great experience! I came across 3DCrystal and read all the reviews before placing my order. I was a bit suspicious but decided to take the risk. The shipping was fast, it has been a month and the crystal is still in perfect shape, without any chips or cracks. The quality is unbeatable and as photos show, laser etching is perfect
