I've been a customer of 3D Crystal for quite some time now and can say that they are the best customer service I've ever received. They have a whole lot of different types of crystals, each with its own unique flavour, and will get back to you very quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. If I'm ever in need of their product again, it will definitely be from them because they are always there for me.

I'm always trying to find ways to make my work more visible and unique. I definitely used the site for its promotions, providing my own information but it was also useful for people to use their skills and drawings on their website. It's a great site with a lot of variety and they did a great job designing the site. I would want 3D Crystal to keep working on more of their good things!

I have ordered from 3D Crystal a few times now and each time the customer service was impeccable. They were so patient with me when I asked for customization and gave me a wide variety of crystals to choose from. I have yet to see any order that is less than perfect, they really take the time to make sure you are getting what you want.

It was my first time ordering a crystal and I am so glad I did. The customer service was great, it took about 2 days for item to come out at my door. I love it through and the crystals are beautiful. They have exactly what you wanted which is amazing because there are not many crystals like this in stores that are made of real quartz.
