The lack of responsiveness from the customer service team at 3dcrystal.com left me feeling dejected and ignored.

The lack of variety in design options on 3dcrystal.com was disappointing. It limited my ability to create a truly unique and personalized crystal, making it feel generic and uninspiring.

It's great to have a website that you can check out, get a crystal ID number which is what you need to order the crystal, and then receive information while ordering. I've always been very happy with my purchases from them.

I've ordered from here for years, amazing service, and very creative. I use them for Christmas gifts and anniversaries. They always have a wide range of different crystals that you can customize. Also, their shipping is fast and they include insurance which is a huge plus!

3DCrystal is the best 3d printing company I've ever encountered. They are quick at responding to messages, they always get the order out and delivered on time, and they can do the highest quality 3d printing in one of the most cost effective ways.

I have to be honest and say that I am not a fan of 3D printing, but I was surprised at how well the product worked. The overall quality was far better than expected even with the lower priced option. It is clear that this company is going for perfection by their craftsmanship and attention to detail, and it shows. They sent out an email with all the information you need on your order

I've been using 3D Crystal for the past couple of years and I'm very satisfied with the product. The quality is great and they always have things on sale so you get good value for money. The customer service is also amazing. I've had my account for over 5 years now, and I can't remember the last time I had an issue with them.

I've been using 3D Crystal for the past few months, and I love it. It is a great site for people who would like their own photos in a beautifully well done crystal (as opposed to the ordinary pictures of people or pictures of flowers or whatever). I love their products!
