I've been using this service for a couple of months, and I have to say that 3D Crystal is one of the best companies I've worked with. They took my customized photo and laser etched them into one of their crystal pieces. Beautiful and very professional quality, great customer service. The pricing is amazing! Definitely recommended!

I have been a client of Crystal's for over 6 years and she is the best customer service rep i have ever had. I am also a teacher, amazing at drawing in fact, so this is not something that has really come natural to me. But I love teaching and Crystals patience makes me feel like one of the kids, even if she doesn't always agree with my recommendations or suggestions.

I had a disappointing experience with the delivery of my 3D crystal. The package was delivered to the wrong address, and I had to go through the hassle of contacting customer support to have it resolved. It was an inconvenience.

My wife and I were visiting our folks in Florida a couple of weeks ago. My mom was visiting from Canada and she wanted to bring her niece a gift, so she gave us the idea to give my mom a gift on her birthday . It's basically like a book, but with pictures inside.
