I have received 3dcrystal and I have to say I am very impressed. I was a bit nervous at first, because they made a mistake with my order but they fixed it right away, and sent me a new one. Now that's what I call great customer service! The item arrived quickly and the photo is flawless (even without laser etching).

I've ordered from 3D Crystal numerous times and always get great customer service. They offer crystal selection, which is a must in the sharing economy (I think). I also appreciate the attention to detail they go above and beyond to make sure you get the right crystal; even though it means a little bit extra and seems like common sense, it's impossible for me to buy perfect crystals for my clients without them being perfect! I highly recommend

I recently purchased 3D Crystal for my niece for her birthday, and boy was I not disappointed . The website is beautifully designed and it was so easy to navigate through the selection of crystals. The crystals are also affordable, which is what drew me to the site in the first place. My niece loved it to bits.
