Although the overall quality of the engraved crystal from 3dcrystal.com was decent, I noticed a small chip on the edge that diminished its visual appeal.

I received a 3D crystal as a gift from a friend and I was blown away by how beautiful it was. The image seemed to come to life inside the crystal, and the engraving was perfect. I had to find out where my friend got it from, and I immediately went to 3dcrystal.com to order more for my family. The ordering process was easy and the shipping was fast. I highly recommend 3dcrystal.com for anyone looking for a unique and special gift.

The refund policy at 3dcrystal.com was restrictive and complicated. When I requested a refund for a faulty crystal, I had to meet several conditions and go through a lengthy process to get a resolution.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com displayed a lack of empathy and understanding when I expressed disappointment with the final product, leaving me dissatisfied with their response.

I love 3D Crystal! I'm an artist by trade, so I always have ideas in my head of what people I know would like for gifts. The 3D Crystal website is the perfect place for me to go to find the perfect gift for someone. I can turn a photo into a beautifully well-done crystal from my phone and it only takes a couple of minutes

I have been Customer with Crystal for about 3 months now. I like the product and the people is very professional, flexible and fast as well as a trusted supplier by my clients. Though he has been able to improve his skills, I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent supplier for their 3D crystal printing needs.

I was a little skeptical about how the 2D image would look in 3D, but 3dcrystal.com did an amazing job! The medium size is perfect and the ornament shape is so fun.
