3D Crystal customer service is amazing, they truly care about their customers. I have only had a few questions and they have always replied quickly. The range of crystals it offers is amazing, there are many different styles of crystal to choose from. The crystals are gorgeous too. I've used the product for a couple of months now and the service has been great!

I have been working with this company for a long time and I just love their products. I got 2 personalized items from them last year, and both of them were perfect for me. They always have great customer service, which is very important to me. And if you don't like the personalized product they offer as a wedding gift, they are also ready to take it back. So whatever you do, make sure to contact 3DCrystal.

I have been using 3DCrystal since December 2014 and I love it. It is great and the customer service is wonderful. I have never had any problems with any of the problems that occur with It, but there are a few things that I would want to see improved in the future. For example, I wish it had an online store feature so that you can add items to your cart when you are shopping and also get alerted
