I love these guys. They are great to deal with. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a 3D crystal made or want to get their own laser engraving done. I would like them to be more affordable as well, but that does not mean they are not great!

The delivery of my 3D crystal was disappointing. It arrived later than the delivery date, and the package was damaged. While the crystal was not injured, the delivery experience could have been better.

My husband has been using 3DCrystal for the last almost 2 years. He loves it and thinks it's really cool. He uses it to make a lot of prints out and sends them to me when I'm not around. It's even used by my friends as well! 3DCrystal provides us with an easy-to-use interface, which is great since we don't have time to read the manual.
