The customer service I received when I called the 3D crystal toll-free number was outstanding! The first time I called with questions and the man I spoke with was a great representation of the company, he was very knowledgeable of their products and friendly. I called back later in the afternoon because I was having difficulty with getting exactly what I wanted to order online. Fortunately, I spoke with the same artist and she fulfilled my order over the phone with ease and once again he was extremely helpful and friendly. The order was complete and received within 4 days, the 3d crystal was exactly what we were hoping for. I give my highest recommendation for product and customer service!

When my husband and I got married, we had a beautiful photo taken of us kissing on a bridge. I wanted to capture that moment forever, so I decided to have it made into a 3D crystal. When it arrived, I was blown away by the level of detail and how it looked like we were really there in the crystal. It now sits on our mantle as a constant reminder of that magical day.

My family and friends are always buying me the same thing for my birthday- but I love 3d Crystal because it's unique and funny. They're great for giving to friends and family as gifts, too. It's an experience, not just a picture!

I couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness as I held the engraved crystal from 3dcrystal.com. The image lacked the emotional connection I had hoped for.

We are an online store that sells crystals, and I was looking for a crystal supplier who could offer some good ones for a low price. After searching for about a week, I found 3Dcrystal and ordered 10 of their most popular 3D crystals. I was so pleased with the quality of the products! The crystals were delivered in good time with no damage. We are very impressed.
