I'm so impressed with the quality of their products! I ordered a 3D Crystal for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! We also ordered a 3D Crystal for our living room, which is stunning and came in plenty of time before Christmas. I love it and the people follows up with its clients to ensure satisfaction. I would definitely recommend It to everyone!

The engraving on the crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com was not up to par. The details were blurry and lacked precision, which detracted from the overall quality of the product. I expected better craftsmanship for the price I paid.

I had difficulty contacting the customer service at 3dcrystal.com. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were met with long wait times and unhelpful responses.
