I ordered a crystal set from 3D Crystal, and it took a month for me to get the item. I emailed them about this and received an apology, as well as a refund for the inconvenience. They also offered to send me another item as compensation because of their mistake, not just an apology.

I love going to 3D Crystal. It's so much fun to see my photos and memories in a crystal form! I've given this as gifts and the recipients always loves them. The customer service is also great, it's nice being able to chat with someone about the process and steps with my order so I could make sure everything was going smoothly.

I love buying gifts for family and friends, but I always felt like it was a little impersonal. When I came across 3D Crystal, I was thrilled that they offered personalizing the gift with photos as well. The quality of their laser etching is amazing and gives my giftee something to cherish forever.

3D Crystal is an unbelievable site that deals with laser cutting and engraving. I got some of my own custom engraved photos started on there recently, and it was the best decision I've ever made! Their prices are great too (I got a photo done for $50), so you can't go wrong with this site.

I purchased a quartz crystal for my wife as a present. My wife has been wanting one for quite some time and when it arrived, I couldn't stop staring at it! She was only wearing regular so it wasn't that obvious to me why she wanted one. But, over the past year or so, we have noticed the crystals on her arm. It's amazing how much difference they make to our relationship and how beautiful the stones.
