I've been using 3D Crystal for several years and I am very satisfied with their customer service. I actually just recently hired a new employee to work in our warehouse and he was able to expedite some orders from his own personal experience. He is very good at what he does, but the customer service is simply amazing!

I found this website while looking for a website to use for my upcoming wedding invitations and it was exactly what I was looking for! I loved how they were able to design everything online and customize the designs even further with their edits. My invitations came out beautifully - the best part is that they look like real crystals and were so affordable!

I received a gift from my girlfriend, who is also a crystal maker. The gift was very good and I had to choose it when asked. I have to admit that I am more than impressed with the quality of the crystal, after ordering it online. I feel like I just ordered a piece of art.

I'm very new to crystal cutting, but I have found that 3D Crystal offers some of the best customer service out there. They are very responsive and patient with your questions and feedback. I ordered my first crystal from them, which proved to be a great experience. After, I ordered several more crystals through their website, everything went seamlessly without any hassles whatsoever.

There is a lot of work for 3D Crystal to accomplish on their website, but they've done it. When I purchased my crystal kit, there was a problem with the crystals I ordered. The customer service team still said they would be in touch within 2 days, no where near enough time. Within 48 hours they had responded and were able to rectify the issue.
