I've purchased several 3D crystal, and I'm satisfied with the quality. They are excellent. The one I'm using now is very high-quality, and it's not like other cheap ones. It has a lot of colors and patterns, and it looks great on my wall. Thank you for providing such good products!

I planned a surprise for my sister's wedding anniversary and ordered a 3D crystal of her wedding cake. When it arrived, she was so happy and amazed by the level of detail and how the 3D effect made it look like it was right there on the table. It's now a beautiful tribute to their love story.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was slow to respond to my concerns about the order. It took multiple follow-ups and an extended waiting period to receive a satisfactory resolution, which was time-consuming and frustrating.
