The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. Their lackluster attitude made me question their commitment to providing excellent service. Friendly and passionate customer support can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience.

So far, I am very happy with the product I received. I have more ordered and excited to get them. The one I received is of our Cat Rocky, and it is just like his photo. I gave it to my husband as a gift and He absolutely loved it. I have also ordered some of them really Amazing !!

I have been working with 3DCrystal for a while now. My first order was small but they turned out to be very nice quality crystals and the shipping time was really fast and within my budget! Their customer service is great, they are very polite and friendly, I enjoy chatting with them on their own time. They are also quite supportive of the local community!
