The lack of quality materials used for the crystal on 3dcrystal.com was disappointing. It felt flimsy and cheap, failing to live up to the expectations of a durable and long-lasting keepsake.

I love the 3DCrystal because it is my favorite retailer for custom made crystals. I've used the site for over a year and have only ordered twice and both times I was satisfied with my order.

I've been using 3D Crystal for only a few months, when I first got the website I was amazed at how it made me feel. It felt like a virtual shopping mall. The pictures were very detailed and the website always gave me something to look at that was not just some random image or picture of something. The customer service is great, helpful and friendly even if you just need help with your account details or want to ask about

I chose a 3D crystal of our wedding photo as the surprise anniversary present for my spouse. He was speechless when he opened it, and it was such a lovely moment. It seems as though we are back in that situation because of how lifelike the engraving's detail is.
