I was thrilled with the amazing customer service from this company. They were so helpful in ensuring that the engraving was just right, and the shipping was incredibly fast. The crystal itself is so beautiful, and the 3D engraving is so lifelike and detailed.

We wanted to surprise our grandparents on their 50th anniversary with a unique gift that they could cherish. We were looking around the internet and stumbled upon this site, which had these beautiful 3D photos in crystal. My mother thought it was really sweet that their wedding photo would be in a crystal for them to display all the time.

The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a dull and faded engraving, diminishing the clarity and impact of the design.
