The shipping updates for my order from 3dcrystal.com were sporadic and not as informative as I would have liked. It left me uncertain about the progress and estimated arrival of my package.

The whole experience with 3dcrystal.com left a bitter taste in my mouth. The crystal arrived late, the engraving was subpar, and their customer service was unhelpful.

The website interface of 3dcrystal.com lacked a user-friendly search function, making it difficult to find specific crystal shapes or designs. A more intuitive search feature would greatly improve the browsing experience.
