my 30 years as a business owner, I have never been this impressed with a product and service. The 3D crystal I received was beautifully designed, professionally packaged and arrived promptly. It is so well done, I will be ordering more for my colleagues who are retiring.

The quality of the etching is very poor. I requested the ornament shaped like a heart. The edges are squared off and uneven. It looks like it just broke off in an odd shape and they didn't care. I can tell there is something on the glass, but I would never guess it is myself and husband.

My dad loved this gift I bought for his birthday. He's a big crystal fanatic and has always wanted to have one in his office. One thing that I loved about this gift was the fast shipping, it came faster than the time frame that I was given! It also has lovely staff and is very happy with my purchase.

We received a 3D crystal from our granddaughter and it was such a thoughtful and unique gift. The 3D effect really made the image come to life and the crystal itself was of such high quality. It will always be a cherished family treasure.
