I had a negative experience with the return process. When I requested a refund for a defective crystal, 3dcrystal.com was uncooperative and made it difficult to get a resolution.

I can't even put into words how much this 3D crystal means to me. I lost my beloved dog earlier this year and decided to have his picture engraved in a crystal to keep his memory alive. The detail in the engraving is so lifelike, it's like he's still here with me.
