The customization options at 3dcrystal.com were limited to basic text and simple designs. I had hoped for more intricate and detailed customization options to truly make the crystal unique and special.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was dismissive of my concerns about a damaged crystal, displaying a lack of empathy and willingness to resolve the issue.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was lacking in terms of responsiveness. I had several questions and concerns about my order, but it took a while to receive a satisfactory response. The variety of shapes and sizes is decent, but the overall experience left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

I am so impressed with the quality of this gift. It's a 3D photo in crystal and I love it. I was worried that it would take too long to get here, but just one day after ordering, I had my very own piece of artwork! The gift is perfect for anyone & everyone
