I was dissatisfied with the delivery rates offered by 3dcrystal.com. It made me hesitant to complete my order due to the additional financial burden.

When my sister had her first child, I wanted to give her a gift that celebrated the joy and love of motherhood. I ordered a crystal rectangle with a 3D engraving of her newborn's photo from 3dcrystal.com, and she was overjoyed by the beauty and quality of the gift. It's now a treasured memento of her child's early days.

I ordered a 7mm crystal from 3D Crystal and when it came in it was broken. I contacted them and they immediately shipped me another one and told me they would replace it at no cost to me. They did replace it, even though they shipped a new one, but the crystals weren't the same quality as the first one. I exchanged them with them and got a better crystal, that was still broken so once again.
