OMG, my 3D crystal is simply stunning! I'm beyond excited to give it to my mom for her birthday. The engraving is so detailed, it looks like the photo is actually inside the crystal. The customer support was also fantastic, they helped me choose the perfect shape and size for my needs. The shipping was fast and the packaging was great. I can't wait to order more crystals from 3dcrystal.com in the future!

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com were unhelpful when I requested a replacement for a damaged crystal, displaying a lack of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Have been using 3D Crystal for a few months now, and I can honestly say it has helped me to be more productive at my job. As someone who is new to the field of designing 3D models I was quite sceptical about 3D crystals, but after trying them out for a couple of months I had to say that the quality and ease of use are really impressive. It's not just a digital model creation website but also
