The team was wonderful and honest. I had sent a picture and instead of them using it as is they contacted me and asked for the picture because it was blurry and would not come out right if they had. We had gone back and forth for a few days trying to get the picture that would work. The item came out wonderful even better than I expected. I had it done in honor of my nephew who passed away and the hard work that they put into it and how wonderful it came out brought a tear to my eye that there is still a company like yours who cares what they provide to the customer. Thank you and to all of your team for working so hard to make memories special.

The lack of customization options for the crystals at 3dcrystal.com left me feeling disappointed. I had envisioned a more personalized keepsake, but the limited choices left me wanting more.

I'm always in awe of their products. I know they designed them that way to make the customer feel good when they purchase them. They're beautiful and very well made.

I expected a flawless engraved crystal, but what I received was riddled with imperfections. It was a disappointing reminder of their lack of attention to detail.

Life can be unpredictable, and in the blink of an eye, I found myself facing a battle against cancer. It was a difficult journey, but my family and friends stood by me, offering unwavering support. As a symbol of our bond, they surprised me with a 3D crystal from 3dcrystal.com. The crystal encapsulated a collage of photos, capturing the love and strength we shared. Holding that crystal in my hands during treatment gave me the strength to fight and reminded me of the incredible people I have in my life. It's a powerful reminder that love and support can conquer anything.

The overall value for money was not satisfactory. The crystal I received didn't justify the high price I paid for it.
